Duties will primarily include:

  • Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Equipment set up, take down, and maintenance
  • Basic equipment maintenance
  • Perform emergency services after hours – (When on Call)
  • Complete documentation, including technician’s daily log, work orders, and appropriate restoration documentation

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Appropriate handling and application of wall cleaners, deoderants, and other fire mitigation materials
  • Proper packaging, care, and removal of cutomer belongings
  • Effective emergency cleaning
  • Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and hard surface floor care
  • Effective communication with customers

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in Xactimate and knowledge of industry-specific production management platforms to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate estimates for restoration projects, supporting both mitigation and rebuild departments, and working closely with our clients and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the property damage restoration industry
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software is required
  • Experience with industry-specific production management platforms such as DASH, PSA, iRestore, or Restoration Manager
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate estimates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive estimates for restoration projects using Xactimate software
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to gather necessary information for estimates
  • Work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to ensure clear communication and understanding of project scope and requirements
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including photos, sketches, and measurements
  • Monitor project progress and update estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or timeline
  • Collaborate with the sales, mitigation, and rebuild teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Utilize industry-specific production management platforms to track and manage projects effectively

As a sales representative, your primary focus will be on increasing sales revenue by developing relationships with individuals and organizations in various industries. In addition to the insurance industry, you will target property managers, commercial property owners, and plumbers who can refer our property damage restoration services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and make a significant impact in the property damage restoration industry. You will report directly to the Owner.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify sales opportunities and target key prospects

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously prospect for new opportunities by cold calling, following up on leads and referrals, and contacting property managers, commercial property owners, plumbers, as well as individuals in the insurance industry. We provide services in King, Pierce & Lower Snohomish County.
  • Set and attend appointments to present our business and services
  • Follow up on all sales activities through phone calls, written communication, and in-person meetings
  • Meet sales and performance goals to contribute to the growth of the company
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete customer files using a web-based CRM tool
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales activity reports, meeting regularly with the owner to discuss current and future sales opportunities and challenges
  • Understand the functions and goals of all profit centers, including water, fire, mold, and biohazard services
  • Utilize FireWater Restoration Services sales process manual and automated sales tools effectively
  • Collaborate effectively with the office team as needed
  • Stay updated on pricing strategy and customer billing procedures
  • Analyze the current customer base, local market conditions, economic factors, and primary competitors to identify trends and opportunities
